Hard Work Leads to an Almost Clean Sweep by Kingston

Train hard, reap the rewards. U11 Win, U12 Wildcats win, U14 Win with commendable performances from U12 Pumas who missed out on 2nd by 1 goal.

Kingston Netball Club what a day!!! Success all around for Kingston at the annual Reckitts Netball Club Tournament. With over 60 girls competing across 4 age groups, the club came to challenge for the honours, with amazing success.

First up was an amazing performance by our u9 Kingston Phoenix team coming 5th today out of 9 sides in their first competition as a new team.

Kingston Cubs u11s won their section securing gold and the cup!! Kingston wildcats remain undefeated this year and took the cup and gold medals (u12) while our amazing Pumas (u12) narrowly missed out on silver by ONE goal so obtained third place and bronze medals; year 7s leopards team played well today but didn’t place however they played some nice netball and did the club proud.

Year 8s came 4th place (at U14, which is one age group up for their age) but had 2 players leave unwell one game in and the year 9s took the gold and the cup in the same age group!!! Thanks to all our club volunteers for their support and help today, So proud of every girl at our amazing club….thank you Reckitts Netball Club for their warm hospitatility on a very busy but well organised day!!!! ‪
