Megan’s Dream Fund, which was set up in order to help and support Megan and her family through out her battle with cancer, are hosting an event on Sunday 13th November, ready to raise money for charity. A friendly 6-a-side tournament has been arranged in aid of the fund. Live music, a charity auction, a kids penalty shoot out and much more will also take place on the day. Some of the Funds raised on the day will be donated to Candlelighters charity and Eckersley House, who both supported Megan and her family.
Hull City legend Dean Windass will be making an appearance on the day and taking part in the 6-a-side tournament, and though there is no entry fees, it would be appreciated if all players donated £20 towards the cause.
The event is held at the Airco Arena 1pm-5pm. So it would be great if you could get down and show your support towards this fantastic event, all for a brave young girl and her family.
