Hall Road Rangers FC have welcomed Steve Dixon onto the club committee as Vice-Chairman. Steve will replace Ricky Spencer who has been instrumental in the clubs movement and progression with developments at Haworth Park.
Daren Sunley, Chairman of Rangers adds: “I am really pleased to have Steve on board from S&D Flooring, he has been working with the club for the last season and I am positive he will be a great asset to us though his commercial contacts and enthusiasm to push forward with myself.”
Darren was also keen to thank outgoing vice-chairman Ricky Spencer for his assistance and confirmed that he will continue to work with the club along with his team.
Sunley continues: “Dixon will be a valuable asset to the club, in particular supporting newly appointed Manager David Ricardo.
When speaking to Dixon about the appointment he added: “I’m excited at the prospect of pushing Hall Road on to bigger and better things. Our junior section is thriving at the minute and we want to ensure progression through to the first team for those players”.
Ranger’s first preseason friendlies are in the diary already with Barton Town Old Boys coming to Haworth park on the 9th of July.
